Over 35 years of experience, with five years in industry and 10 years of related experience as a Senior Training

Development Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, including five years as the Instructional Designer and

Project Manager for award winning e-Learning project teams. Successfully completed numerous projects

related to needs assessment, needs analysis, job, task, instructional, method and media analysis, training

design, development and evaluation.


Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering high-quality online courses as an Adjunct Graduate

Professor at Boise State University on the Lotus Notes and Blackboard Learning Management Systems.

Delivered on-site learning for the analysis, design and evaluation of learning to military personnel. Deliver onsite workshops on the science of Performance Improvement. Extensive experience with LMS, e-Learning

development and Microsoft applications.


Solid interpersonal skills in person and online. Exceptional ability to facilitate diverse groups with conflicting

agendas to inspire trust and achieve objectives. Outstanding Project Management skills.
